Job Description:
Solution Support & Product Engineer is the support operation for implementing the solution project.
Main Responsibilities:
- Survey and propose a solution for SOHO and SME customers, support on configuration, and support on product specification proposal.
- Process BOM and follow up on project status, response on ticket, and update the daily activities report
- Implement the project based on the management assignment and follow the leader’s suggestion
- On-site visit, implement the project on time, and commitment
- Take care company property, especially the vehicle
- Coordinate and cooperatewell with internal and external customers
- Other tasks assigned by management.
Education / Knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good English communication skills.
- Computer skill Microsoft Office, internet, and email.
Skills:
- Installing an internet connection to the Main Router, Wi-Fi, and WILAS hotspot.
- Angled FTTH, Fiber P2P, and Network and Camera system.
- On-site to surveythe scope of work in the project.
- Check and reply to the email with Teamwork about the task in the project.
Experience:
- Fresh graduate or 1 year of working experience in a solution project or network fiber optic.
